These gorgeous silk scarves with imprints of real leaves and flowers are handmade in Cambodia by 60+ women in a village near Angkor Wat, outside the town of Siem Reap.
The color and imprint is transferred to the silk through a process of steaming and pressing. The women also weave the scarves they use for this process. It's a beautiful, almost magical process to witness.
No two alike, of course. Each is a work of art and a statement in and of itself.
