Shipping/Order Terms/About

Thanks for visiting Wooven!  We are a social enterprise co-located in Saigon (Vietnam) and Biddeford, Maine (USA). 

By placing an order online with us you agree to the following terms:

Orders placed online will usually ship in 1-5 business days after confirmation. Our online store will usually indicate if something is out of stock, and it may or may not let you order when something is out of stock.  If, however, you've ordered something that's out of stock it may take up to 6 weeks to ship.  In any case, we'll let you know and offer you the chance to refund or order an alternative. 

Shipping: we will choose the best option based on the weight and destination of your order.  Usually we ship by USPS or UPS Ground.  You can request faster delivery by email or by calling us--we'll let you know the additional cost.  

Shipping fees to destinations in the continental USA: 

orders of $20 or less @ $5 flat;

orders of more than $20 and less than $75 @ $8 flat;

orders of $75+ ship FREE.

For shipping rates to other places, please enter your order and proceed to check out to determine the costs.

Orders to international destinations may be shipped from Vietnam at our discretion. 

All taxes and fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Returns are accepted if you notify us of your intentions within 5 days of receipt and IF AGREED IN ADVANCE by email.  All returns must be in original condition. Returns are for credit only.  Shipping fees are not credited.  

A note on handmade: We hope our customers share our passion for handmade and understand the inherent imperfections and variations in fabrics, colors, and sizing. No two pieces of anything we sell will be exactly alike.  That's both the beauty and the "surprise factor" in what we offer. But if you receive anything from us that does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss and we'll workout a solution.
