Every piece is handmade by traditional craft artisans in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Wooven is a social enterprise based in Saigon, Vietnam and Biddeford, Maine, and your purchase supports their work.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 5 business days by USPS or UPS Ground. For faster delivery, email or call us and we will quote the cost. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and offer a refund or an alternative.

Each piece is handmade, so colors, fabrics and sizing vary slightly and no two are exactly alike. If something you receive does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will work out a solution.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery when arranged in advance by email. Items must be in original condition. Returns are for store credit, and shipping fees are not credited.
