Shipping policy

When your order ships

Orders usually ship 1 to 5 business days after we confirm them.

If something you ordered is out of stock, it can take up to 6 weeks. We will email you either way, and you can wait, swap it for something else, or take a refund.

How we ship

We choose the best option for the weight and destination of your order, usually USPS or UPS Ground.

Need it faster? Email or call us and we will quote the extra cost.

Shipping rates in the United States

• Under $20: $8.00
• $20 to $49.99: $10.00
• $50 and over: Free

These rates are the same to every state.

Outside the United States

Shipping to Canada is $37.00 by US Postal Service International Priority, with tracking and insurance. For anywhere else, add your items to the cart and go to checkout to see the cost to your address.

Orders going outside the United States may ship from our workshop in Vietnam. All taxes, duties and customs fees on international orders are paid by the person receiving the order.
