These rates are the same to every state.
When your order ships
Orders usually ship 1 to 5 business days after we confirm them.
If something you ordered is out of stock, it can take up to 6 weeks. We will email you either way, and you can wait, swap it for something else, or take a refund.
How we ship
We choose the best option for the weight and destination of your order, usually USPS or UPS Ground.
Need it faster? Email or call us and we will quote the extra cost.
Outside the United States
Add your items to the cart and go to checkout to see the cost to your address. Shipping to Canada is $37.00 by US Postal Service International Priority, with tracking and insurance.
Orders going outside the United States may ship from our workshop in Vietnam. All taxes, duties and customs fees on international orders are paid by the person receiving the order.
Returns
Email us at ron@woovensales.com within 5 days of receiving your order. All returns must be agreed with us in advance by email.
Items must come back in their original condition. Returns are for store credit. Shipping fees are not refunded.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Contact us and we will sort it out. Send a photo if you can, as it helps us put it right faster.
A note on handmade
Everything we sell is made by hand, so colors, fabric and sizing vary a little from piece to piece. No two are exactly alike. If a piece is not what you expected, contact us and we will find a solution.
