We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something is not right, tell us and we will work it out.

Returns

Email us at ron@woovensales.com within 5 days of receiving your order. All returns must be agreed with us in advance by email.

Items must come back in their original condition. Returns are for store credit. Shipping fees are not refunded.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Contact us and we will sort it out. Send a photo if you can, as it helps us put it right faster.

A note on handmade

Everything we sell is made by hand, so colors, fabric and sizing vary a little from piece to piece. No two are exactly alike. That variation is not a fault.

If a piece is not what you expected, contact us and we will find a solution.
