Wooven Design is a social enterprise based in Saigon, Vietnam and Biddeford, Maine. By ordering from us you agree to the terms below.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when we accept it. If we cannot fill an order we will contact you and refund you in full.

Our store usually shows when something is out of stock, though it may still let you order it. If that happens we will email you with your options.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken when you order.

Shipping

Returns

See our Refund policy. In short: email us within 5 days of receiving your order, agree the return with us first, and send it back in original condition for store credit.

Handmade goods

Everything we sell is made by hand. Colors, fabrics and sizing vary between pieces, and no two are exactly alike.

Our content

The text, photographs and designs on this site belong to Wooven Design or to the artisan groups we work with. Please do not reuse them without asking us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
